Our mail system has a new feature, called Junk Mail reporting. This allows you to receive notices through your account, showing what emails are sitting in your spam folders, in a small, concise report, delivered 3x daily Monday through Friday, at 6am, 12 noon, and 5pm and once daily Saturday and Sunday.

You will receive an email, and this email will look like:

When you open this email from us up, this will show you what emails have recently been added to your spam folder at the time the email was sent, example below:

As you can see, this gives you a list of emails you have in your spam folder. On the right side, you can see options for each email you have received. When you click on one of the options, it allows you to select what to do with the email that is currently sitting in your spam folder.

If you whitelist the email, this will move the email into your inbox, and authorize the user to always send you mail, regardless of what it is. If you select deliver, this will just move the email into your inbox. If you select delete, it will just delete it out of the spam box. If you select Black list, this will block any emails from that email address in the future. Lastly, you can also select Show message, this will open the message inside the spam folder, if your unsure of who it is, or if you want it or not.
