In most cases our automated spam filters can handle all your mail with very few errors, however no automated system is perfect and sometimes you may see legitimate mail in your spam folder. You can easily Whitelist that mail so that in the future it will go straight to your inbox. To do this open your spam folder and select the mail you wish to white list and choose the pull down menu, and hit ok to resolve it.
